I have been training to compete at my first USPSA event and researched the best match ammo. Federal Syntech 9mm 150gr was the clear favorite. When I took my first shots on target I was truly amazed at how flat my recoil was. Well done Federal!
Love this ammo. It is USPSA approved, which is a big bonus for matches, it's soft shooting and 100% reliable. Never had an issue in the 4000 rounds I shot last year. This is my go to ammo for USPSA and IDPA. And AE Ammo is my go to supplier. I have never had a shipping or order issue with AE Ammo.

It is very high quality and has lead-free primers and totally encapsulated bullets that don't expose you to lead and are easier on your barrel. It is the only ammo I use for competition, be it in USPSA, IDPA or Steel Challenge.
