When I was just getting started in my first .22 Hornet platforms right prior to covid which was a TPS M6 rifle in .22 hornet/.410 and 10" Octagon .22 Hornet for my Thompson Center Contender, there were some decent prices on this exact ammo which was about 23.85/ bx of 50. Then all of a sudden .22 Hornet became as rare as hens teeth with prices reaching almost 40 per bx and staying high until recently. While supply has greatly improved, it is cyclical. This 1,000 round case equates out to 20/bx of 50. One would have to be absolutely insane to not jump on this right now while it is available. This is the best price I've seen on this round in easily a decade. I have shot it out of both guns listed above and it has always performed flawlessly. Now I can shoot as much as I want without being conservative for fear of running out of .22 hornet. AE Ammo really delivered on this ammo with great pricing on a whole case. Don't wait until this disappears again and pay double the price. Buy it cheap now or expensive later is what I always advise.
