STORE POLICIES

• SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT STATE OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS:

• Orders placed that are shipping to a different state other than the billing address will require an ID uploaded at checkout or after checkout or you must email us an ID that matches your billing or shipping address. Failure to do this will result in the order being immediately cancelled. There are no exceptions here. 

• SHIPPING TIME FRAME

• Expect orders to ship same or next business day unless we are waiting on legal documents required by your state to ship your order. We do not ship orders on the weekends. 

• ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1:30 PM EST ON FRIDAY, ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY, & ORDERS PLACED ON SUNDAY WILL NOT SHIP OUT UNTIL MONDAY. 

• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

  It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

• RETURNS \ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 6% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER ALL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES. 

  Ammo is not refundable. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct type / caliber of ammunition. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for manufacturer defects or recalls. If there is a problem with ammunition purchased from us, we can reach out to the manufacturer for you or provide you with that information but we do not manufacture any ammo and therefore are not responsible for manufacturer defects. By purchasing ammunition from us, you agree to these terms.

  
  
  Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Special orders.
  2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. NFA items.
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

  • USED FIREARMS

    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
    
    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. 

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a US Postal PO box, this is illegal. We need a physical street address to ship ammo to. 

  • If you place an order with bogus information, fake name, fake email, no valid phone number, etc your order will be cancelled. You will be asked to provide an ID that matches your billing or shipping address if they do not match. 
    
    
  • If your billing address does not match your shipping address you will be asked to provide an ID that matches the billing or shipping address. If you cannot provide this the order will be cancelled subject to our order cancellation policy. 
    
    
  • Ammo is not refundable.   • We DO NOT drop ship ammo. We will not ship ammo to someone else on your behalf. If you request this your order will be cancelled and subject to our order cancellation policy. 

  • WE CANNOT SHIP AMMUNITION THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico / Virgin Islands
    • Washington D.C.
    • Pueblo, CO - Talk to your city about their tax collection policy. 
    • US Postal PO BOX

  • THE FOLLOWING STATES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION BEFORE WE CAN SHIP AMMUNITION:

    • California - All ammunition must be shipped to an FFL holder who can legally transfer ammunition per California state law.
    • Illinois - We require a copy of your FOID (Firearms ID card). Your FOID or your Driver's license must match your shipping address.
    • New Jersey - We need a copy of your Firearms ID card for ammunition that can be used in a handgun. Your FID or driver's license must match your shipping address.
    • Massachusetts - We need a copy of your firearm permit. Your permit or state ID must match your shipping address.
    • Connecticut - We need a copy of your firearms permit. Your permit or state ID must match your shipping address.
    • New York - All ammo must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. 
    • Rhode Island - We need a copy of a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate or a Rhode Island hunter education course card issued by the Department of Environmental Management.
